1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using aicompass.in or the AICompass app (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
2. What AICompass is (and isn't)
AICompass is a directory and marketplace that lists third-party AI tools, courses, and services. We do not build, own, or control the AI tools listed on the Platform. We help you discover and compare them. Using a listed tool means agreeing to that tool's own terms and privacy policy, which are separate from ours.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account
- Notify us immediately at saurabhchauhan0708@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
- Submit tool listings you don't have the right to submit, or that are fraudulent, illegal, or harmful
- Scrape, copy, or republish AICompass's directory data at scale without written permission
- Attempt to bypass security, disrupt the Platform, or access other users' accounts
- Use the Platform to spam, harass, or impersonate others
5. Tool listings & reviews
Companies may submit their AI tool for listing; submissions are reviewed before publishing but a listing is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality. Reviews and ratings are the opinions of individual users, not AICompass. We may remove any listing or review that violates these terms.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (Pro, Business) renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for Indian customers and in USD or other currencies where applicable, and may change with notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
7. Intellectual property
The AICompass name, logo, design, and original written content (guides, reviews summaries, category descriptions) belong to AICompass. Logos and trademarks of listed AI tools belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
AICompass is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we're not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, or data practices of third-party AI tools listed on the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AICompass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any linked third-party tool.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your Profile Settings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law where you reside.
