How refunds work

We want you to feel confident upgrading to a paid AICompass plan. If it's not right for you, here's exactly what to expect.

You cancel within 7 days of first purchase, and haven't used premium featuresFull refund to your original payment method
You cancel within 7 days, but have used premium features (e.g. unlimited saves, premium courses)Partial refund at our discretion, minus the value used
You cancel after 7 daysNo refund for the current billing period, but you keep access until it ends and won't be charged again
A payment was charged in error or duplicatedFull refund once verified โ€” contact us right away
Yearly plansSame 7-day window applies from the date of purchase or renewal

How to request a refund

Email saurabhchauhan0708@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on how you paid).

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Dashboard โ†’ Billing. This stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund the current period โ€” see the table above.

Free plan

The Free plan never involves a charge, so there's nothing to refund. You can move between Free and paid plans at any time.
